Last week I discovered I’m anemic and my midwife has recommended I rest as much as I need to while the iron tablets start to kick in. So, I’m quite naturally all over the spring pyjama fashion trend. This is a trend that screams Mum-friendly, boasting comfort and style; it’s stylish, versatile (great for mixing and matching with the rest of your wardrobe) and, most importantly, takes you from the bedroom to the street in the snip of a fabulous pair of earrings, strappy sandals or trainers. What’s more, as a pattern fiend, I love how effortlessly slumber chic injects a plain oufit with vibrant prints – think stripes and paisley.
I always said I wouldn’t be the mum dropping the kids off in my pyjamas, but hurrah, this trend gives me the opportunity to do so with stylish aplomb.
